Eskinol Philippines
Are you familiar about contest and promo's in Facebook?
I want to share my experience on it.
Because I am a fulltime mother I have lots of free time to surf the net, So that is why I always jon some promo's or contest in FB.
I want my hobby to be productive.
So here it is, One of my experience is definitely disappointing. I joined the promo in ESKINOL PHILLIPINES http://www.facebook.com/EskinolPhilippines called Pose for a Prize promo.
Before they announced the winners I have to go to hospital for my schedule operation in cesarean delivery after I gave birth to my bouncing baby boy one of my friend ethel texted me that I am one of the lucky winner in Eskinol Philippines.
Since I'm from Metro Manila I need to claim it in there office because they only shipped prizes in provincial area's. But sad to say I cant claim it by myself because I am still on my recovery stage and my Ob told me that I need a vacation to have a fresh air and for me to recover quickly. So that is why I ask my friend to be my representative in claiming my prize. Since I was in province that time I just gave her the scanned copy of my Valid Identifications and my Authorization letter.
But before sending my representative to there office I told Eskinol Phillipines first that I will have a representative and I gave them the name of my representative, I also ask where should we claim it so they gave this address.
So June 2 my friend go to the address they gave and when she got there they said that they will not accept my scanned copy Identification they want the original one so I am very sad because i really want to have that prize because I gave time and effort just to win. An the second time that my representative go to their office the guard say's that the Eskinol Philippines already moved their office in taguig a last april 2. So I ask the Eskinol Again.
How far that they moved their office the day that they sent me the info May 21 they sent me their address and June 2 my representative go their and they said that they are not accepting scanned copy of Valid Id's and around June 12 my representative go there for the second time to claim my prize but they already moved their office? How possible it is that they moved the day before they sent me the details. I am very dissapointed about what happened. So I message them that they should ship my prize because we waste time and efforts going to their office. So they promise that they will shipped my prize instead but until now there is no Eskinol Prizes coming and guess what Eskinol Philippines Blocked me in their Fanpage!! I am very mad about this matters. They don't know how to communicate well !
Hopefully they don't do it again to other's because it is very disappointing.
